This is the third espresso/grinder machine setup I have purchased from Caffe Tech. This is the only place to go if you are serious about purchasing a high quality espresso machine. Joe is the most knowledgeable person in the coffee industry. All the staff there and at ACE Coffee Roasters are super friendly and proficient. His setup at ACE roasters has to be seen to be appreciated. I highly recommend.

Great prices, quick delivery and great service I purchased a new espresso machine and grinder from Caffe Tech in November 2020. When I reached out to them to ask some questions about what the right machine and grinder would be for me, Joe was very quick to set up a call with me, where he patiently answered all of my questions and helped me understand the differences between different machine options. As an added bonus, their prices were better than any others I could find and they included some really good coffee with my order free of charge. My items shipped quickly, and once I received them, Joe set up some time with me to make sure things were all set up properly. Unfortunately, I did have an issue with my grinder, but Joe and Ginzio were quick to respond and set me up with a Calgary based service center that dealt with the issue thoroughly and quickly at no cost to me. This was way better than having to send it back to Caffe Tech for service. Great job Caffe Tech! I will be coming to you for any of my future espresso needs.
There's a special joy in dealing with professionals. Great product and terrific support. My new machine had a small problem and they walked me through the process of setting it right instantly over the phone, patiently and in great detail. Now enjoying the best espresso this side of San Gimignano.
Joe hooked me up with the right gear at a good price. With so many available options Joe quickly helped me navigate through what would best suit my needs and budget, got the gear in the mail expediently and kept me posted on delivery dates and all through the holidaz. Great to be able to support a small buis and receive courteous service in return. As for my new kit we'll that's a love story of it's own... I highly recommend Caffe Tech.
Worst service ever! Staff cannot be bothered to assist customers and are just plain lazy! We had our Rocket Espresso machine serviced with this company and the staff were completely unclear and vague with the billing charges. Over priced and poor service! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
It was a great experience purchasing my home setup. Joe helped me pick out a fantastic grinder to pair with my new Profitec. I will be back to get some locally roasted coffee. Thankful to have this gem in YEG.

I purchased an ECM espresso machine and several grinders (Ceado, Rocket) from CaffeTech for my home in Vancouver. Joe was extremely knowledgeable and responsive, spent lots of time discussing product, offered competitive pricing, and fulfilled orders quickly. Post-sales support has also been excellent: I’ve had numerous questions and a few technical issues which Ginzio and Joe helped me resolve quickly. I highly recommend CaffeTech.
