I just had the final walk through of my apartment that I just moved out of with Gloria and it was a great experience, she is so kind and friendly and made me feel a whole lot better about everything (we babysat our friends dog a while back and it had damaged the carpet) she was very helpful the entire time we lived there and is just an angel in general :) The building itself was quite secure with locks on both sides so we never had to worry about random people wandering around inside the building. Any issues that arose during our residency was dealt with very promptly so that’s a huge plus. Overall a great experience. Would definitely recommend this property!

It is MY privilege and opportunity to share with others the WONDERFUL place in which I finally could call "HOME SWEET HOME:!!!! It's been over 20 Years and I just wanted to express to others that it's possible too make a HOME for you and perhaps your family here with the Boardwalk who are like familyspefiao and will go above and beyond their call OF duty to make sure that you are HAPPY with all the aspects of renting! The Staff at Cambrian is without a doubt always CHEERFUL, FRIENDLY and will make the time too spend with you until you are HAPPY with the outcome Gloria is the Office Manager who makes everyone old and new feel right AT home with the assurance that she is and always ready and earnest to help and be there for every one who needs her.
We lived here almost a year. Management is excellent, always helpful, maintenence is done so fast. They always available on call. Secure place, very neat and clean and safe place. My kids enjoyed a lot here. Family friendly building. Managers were really really helpful specially GLORIA!! One of the best thing in these apartments are they are open and wide and lightened (sun). Also , the fastest water stream ever in boardwalk . I love the heavy water flow here. Really really awesome place. I will miss this place a lot and if i will afford it in future, will come back for sure
Just wanted to take a moment to say what a wonderful place to live. The leasing office staff has been so wonderful especially gloria, they are attentive and helpful if you have any questions or concerns they are always there to help you. The building is so well maintained , and the area is beautiful to live in. I would reccomend to anyone looking for an apartment to look into cambrian place as there home. Would give 10 stars if I could.
Currently a resident of 6 months at the Cambrian Place site, have to say that any issues, questions, or concerns that have come up have been addressed swiftly and professionally by Gloria! She often goes the extra mile to do what she can to help myself and the other tenants, and does it all with a smile. Overall fairly impressed with the community and site being my first time living in Edmonton, would recommend this location for families and young couples looking for an ideal place in the west end.

We got talking with Gloria, and she was very welcoming and amazing. She even sometimes get play soccer with my children outside our apartment ️ I will definitely recommend my family and friends to live here for sure. Thank you again, Gloria, for your warm welcome to us.
Love this area. Nice and clean. Residents are super friendly. Property Manager Gloria, she's the best! Super friendly and understanding.
