I saw their Facebook ads, having special promotions for furnace tune-up so I got their service. The technician came on site as per the appointment on 3rd April 2021 and did something, I am not sure what he did. After about half an hour, he said he was done with it and asked for payment which I did with my MasterCard and he told that he got many pictures of my furnace and detailed report would be sent with pictures with in 24 hrs and left . But I did not hear nothing for 5 days. So I contacted back to the same email which was used to confirm appointment and inquired about the report. Then I got an email from maintenance manager, Laura by apologizing it and told I would be getting report with in next 48 hrs. But it has been more than a week passed , I got nothing so I did not get any good experience with them. Another one interesting thing which I noticed , most of its 5 stars Google reviews are from new reviewers who has mostly done one or two reviews in total so I doubt on trustworthiness of their Google reviews . Please be careful. It seems they are not professional company. I simply wasted more than 100 dollars for nothing. I never recommend this company.

Gordon did an amazing job. He respectfully came into my home and was so thorough. He was very knowledgeable of the company and product he was trying to sell. We got a 200 free voucher for a duct cleaning which we badly needed, our furnace is 25 years old and hasn't been cleaned in years! Eventually, we would love to get the water softener installed. We felt very comfortable with him in our home and appreciate him coming out to inform us of our options. THANKS AGAIN GORDON!!!! :)
We had been talking about replacing our furnace, water heater and upgrading our home to a smart home for some time now and this ended up being the perfect timing for us to be introduced to Emily as the life of our systems were nearing the end. Emily was friendly, funny, knowledgeable, patient and easy to work with. We also genuinely appreciate how flexible Emily throughout the entire process and that the wait time to get everything installed will be done within the next couple of days. We also had the pleasure of speaking with Zack on the phone who is just as into the UFC as we are and we expect to see you both at the gym soon so we can sharpen up your fighting skills ! We look forward to providing an update once we have everything up and running.
I had Reuben from Save Energy Alberta and Canadian Quality Home Service complete a home efficiency check on my brand new home I had just purchased. He took the time to educate me on maintenance of my equipment in the mechanical room as I had no idea what was going on. The mediasmart IQ and Plumbing Guard water systems are amazing products to help with my maintenance and more importantly provide my home with the best quality air and water. If you haven’t heard of them before... you’re missing out! Let them come and educate you and you won’t be disappointed.
Was having issues with our newly purchased home in regards to some of the hvac equipment installed from our home developer (mattomy homes), and had a rep named Thomas from Canadian quality home services come check things out. Thomas was very professional and informative, detailing specific areas of concern and went above and beyond to help detail how to correct any of the issues we were having. Great experience with the company.
Found these guys on facebook, took a little while to hear back from them but definately worth the wait. Had our roof and and several other items done.great work, then our furnace blew and got it all replaced within 24 hours of first call. Zack was our sales rep and seems like a really nice guy.
