Had a great experience with Jason and the rest of the staff at Canoeheads. They were extremely accommodating despite us missing the bus on our scheduled day (which was totally our fault). The experience was wonderful, highly recommend it to anyone looking to spend the day outdoors in Edmonton!

Went online early this morning hoping to find a last minute same day booking for my wife and I. There is was limited info on the site so I called the number on their company website hoping to get information for their operating hours to no avail. Instead I got a rude phone call back from a gentleman an hour later for \calling their home early.\ He seemed to want to repeat that rather than provide any level of service. It was not my intention to call a home phone, just the number posted on the website. Perhaps giving potential customers fair warning would be nice. Won't be choosing them, maybe consider getting another phone line.
I worked with Jason to put together a custom trip. Unfortunately, plans changed, but Jason was very accommodating.
Best weekend trip around! Lots of wildlife, lots of islands to camp on and lots of fun!
