I was in a car crash and this is where my insurance company sent me, mostly because I didn’t have a trusted body shop AND this is one of their premiere shops so nothing was missed and all paper work sent directly to my insurance. Christine (front desk) is absolutely amazing and always super friendly. She remembered me from my first time there and kept in contact with me on all that was going on. I HIGHLY recommend CARSTAR NORTH for any vehicle needs especially after an accident because they put me at ease and made everything go as smoothly as possible!!

I took my car to this location in May due to a hit and run and they were great. They did a good job with the repair, they were super accommodating and helpful. I work a 4 on 4 off job and I was concerned about getting my car and returning the rental and they told me it was no problem at all. They said they'd bring the car to my work and have the rental company pick up the rental from my work. That didn't end up being necessary, but I was impressed with their customer service and willingness to be so accommodating. Fast forward 7 months and I had another hit & run. Of course I wanted to take my car to this location again because of the great experience I had the first time. Once again, the work they did was great. There were a couple hiccups this time around, but in the end, Al went above and beyond to make things right. I'd highly recommend this location.
Insurance took my car here after a theft. They kept me up to date on what was going on. Christine at the desk is so friendly, remembers people from one visit to the next and even let me take a cutting of her plant! Awesome customer service!!!
Very professional and quick service. Used proper sanitization techniques for handling covid risk. This is the second time I have used their service and can highly recommend them
