No issues with measurements (done ahead of time) professional and safe install (Trevor and Jarred arrived masked and stayed as distant as possible). I had new counter put into a home of mine, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Cory did the measure and help me pick the product. The install happened soon then planned which was a bonus. Pretty straight forward company, I will work with them again.
We used Cascade to install new quartz counters in 3 bathrooms as well as a new laminate countertop over top of our existing den counter. Cascade did a good job with the Caeserstone quartz counters, they look great. Initially, there was a piece of the laminate counter that did not fit properly. Cascade took the piece back and reworked it to fit. The new den counter looks awesome.
Helpful and efficient and great stock
As a fabricator in Regina, SK that is focused on customer service, A HUGE thank you to Cascade. We were short a piece of counter top for a job due to a mistake made by one of my employees. They had a piece that would work but wouldn't fit in a vehicle so they cut it down for us. The whole process went very quickly. Throughout the process, the receptionist (sorry, I forgot her name) and Mary were so very helpful and very much wanted to help us out. Thanks again and I would highly recommend them to any family, friends or potential clients in Edmonton!
