Our experience at Chartwell Wescott has been amazing!!! From the welcoming concierge and the elegant dining room to the cozy suite. But the best part is the STAFF and MANAGEMENT. Not only are they warm and friendly, but they go out of their way to ensure your needs are taken care of. I would highly recommend this particular senior facility. The General Manager, Laurenn MacDonald, is a gem....a beautiful and empathetic human being. Thank you Laurenn for your warm smile and your excellent service!!
It is with much gratitude that I am writing this review of Chartwell Wescott. During these times of uncertainty and isolation the staff at Chartwell have gone above and beyond in every way to provide not only a safe HOME for my parents but also a family away from family. The wonderful meals and meal service, the kind and thorough cleaning staff, the activities coordinators, the maintenance manager, the concierge ladies, the office staff and the exceptional manager are truly worth of recognition. We would highly recommend Chartwell Wescott!
Chartwell has been an amazing home for Richard. The staff has been amazing and treats him like family He enjoys the friendly people who live there and the activities that are done daily! Thankful for this amazing place
There is nothing during this time of Covid 19 then going to sleep each night knowing your parent is in a safe place with excellent care and facilities. Independent living has never looked better and from the day Chartwell Wescott opened, our mother has felt a part of a wonderful community of tenants and staff. Thank you everyone at Wescott!
