We would like to thank Don Simpson for all his help and expertise on the products. He was very welcoming of us including our kids and patient with us from the moment we met him. He put us at ease with everything, answered all our questions, showed us multiple options and gave us advise that contributed with us making our choices. It was a relaxed no pressure sales environment and he went over and beyond to make sure we got what suited our needs and more. We highly recommend Coast appliances and specifically ask for Don. You will not be disappointed.

Came in to Coast Appliances looking for a new fridge. There are quite a number of fridges on display. It was relatively busy so most sales people were busy so only 1 or 2 were available to answer any questions. One greeted us and asked if we had any questions, which was nice as we did have a few questions about a couple particular models. The pricing seemed fairly comparable to other stores, but other than that, there wasn't much else that would entice me to purchase from them.

A big thanks to Mark, Eva and Susan and other staff for their excellent service at Coast Appliances North in Edmonton. Mark was cordial, conscientious and thoughtful in his thorough efforts to provide pertinent information on appliance groupings, brands and important nuances of specific models. Our new range suits both our kitchen esthetically and cooking needs well. We were especially impressed by staff follow through to ensure delivery on the day promised. We would definitely recommend Coast to others looking for appliances. :-)

Some prices seem high in the showroom; however, if you know where there are better prices the sale people will do there best to match the price and go beyond that. That is what happened to me today. Honestly, was top service and will have my new fridge in half the time of the competition. As long as you do your homework, I recommend Coast.

I had service rep dean grenier from the stony plain location help us at gateway location. He did not try to salesmen sell us, he gave us knowledgeable info on each of the appliances and brands. This helped me make an easier choice as shopping for appliances is truly a headache. The customer service now a days is not as common as it was in the past and prices are pretty much the same no matter where you go, and so it does come down to great customer service. This was the best experience I have had in a long time :) and I think I really lucked out.
