Rich has been cutting my hair for years and he's always been able to give me a fresh haircut/do. I went to Yuanita for the first time after calling around a few salons looking for a wavy/curly hair specialist. Over the phone, she took the time to explain to me the process and her experience, so I booked an appointment. I went to my appointment and Yuanita made sure she communicated with me the entire time about what she was doing, which tool was best, as well as the products she used. She kept me in the loop about her process and offered a lot of great casual conversation as well. I'll definitely be returning! I love my haircut
Clean shop, very organized. Yuanita is very experienced, answered all my questions, took the time to discuss my hair, why I need the products and more importantly how to use them. Absolutely recommend.
I have been with Yuanita for nearly 20 years, and I have never met a more knowledgeable, educated, caring, passionate, professional and exceptionally talented woman that puts as much effort in her salon as she does her clients. She continuously puts her client needs first and takes the time to educate you on the products she endorses and why. She is on top of all the hottest styles and trends, and is not afraid to tell you if something you're considering would work for you or not. As it's not just a client / stylist relationship, she cares about you and what you have going on with your life outside of the salon. What's appreciated is that she takes all of that into consideration when creating wildly talented colours, cuts and styles that are best suited for the manageability of the client, ensuring we always look our best at all times. As much effort as Yuanita puts into her clients, her and Rich put into their business. It is one of the cleanest salons I have stepped foot into, and during these unprecedented times, it is appreciated that she is following and enforcing COVID protocols for the safety of her clients, her staff and for herself. I highly recommend Yuanita as you will leave Collektive feeling beautiful inside and out!
Most expensive mens hair cut ive ever had. The hair cut was good. But 60 dollars for a standard men's hair seems excessive to me.
