WOW a company that cares. I mean really cares. Darcy is an exceptional appliance repairman. He is knowledgeable, friendly and experienced. He gave me some tips on how to use our new Bosch appliances that really work. He worked fast and efficiently. Sandra is a gem too. I will not hesitate to recommend this Canadian family run business to anyone.

I bought a Bosch dishwasher and was so disappointed , called in this company and found out everything I was told by dealership who sells all brands of appliances was so out to lunch. My gosh this company took me through steps taught me more than I knew, eased my concern about energy, usage of water, and child safety lock. Highly highly reccomend them.use them folks.
Amazing service. Not only did complete appliance care fix my dishwasher, they also explained so many things to me that I was doing wrong and gave me all sorts of advice. They were quick, professional, and extremely friendly. I will be using and recommending complete appliance care going forward.

He came over, and solved the problem with the Bosch Dishwasher. He then explained the proper settings for Bosch Dishwasher. Very knowledgeable and great customer service.

Darcy explained in detail the problem with my Bosch dishwasher , showed me how to fix it should it ever happen again. Simple door alignment issue with magnetic door contact switch not engaging.
Technician was at my house for almost 15-20mins and was charged 240. I understand making a living but almost 960 per hour is bit sleep, way to take advantage of people during COVID.
