My husband & I hired Contact Renovations to do a complete house renovation… right down to the bones. Everything was replaced. It was a huge project as walls were moved, removed & added. Along with adding more square footage to our home, by constructing a complete new office space upstairs. We did move out of our house for 6 months while this was all going on. Working with Contact Renovations was a very positive experience --from the start of this project to the finished result. They were all fantastic to deal with. The owner, Paul was exceptional and had amazing ideas, with attention to detail on every aspect of the renovation. My husband already had them do additional work at his office after our home renovation was complete. We definitely would hire them again to do any additional work to our home; and we would definitely recommend them to our friends, family & anyone looking for an excellent home renovation make-over. They went beyond my expectations on the transformation of our home, with expertise, clarity & professionalism. At the start of this project, they gave us a schedule of the timeline on how long this project was going to take, with a week- to -week progress report. The project was completed on schedule. I spoke to Paul or his team everyday while this project was going on, so the communication and trust throughout this whole project was excellent. There was never any surprises or changes without thorough explanations & discussions. I highly recommend Contact Renovations, as we found them to be a top-notch and superior company.

Paul and his team did an excellent job renovating our heritage home. They listened to our ideas, added their own while keeping the character of the house. Quality of the work was superb. We ended up having to do a renovation to fix some previously botched Renos. The project ended up being a completely take down o and rebuild of our basement and main floor. Including some pretty substantial structural repairs. Throughout the entire process, Paul completely understood our concern for the cost of an unexpected reno and our desire to get it right this time around. He was always upfront and honest about pricing and we completed the project with minimal change orders. His team of tradespeople were always professional and knowledgeable. They took pride in their work and it showed. My husband, being in the trades himself, was pretty particular and Paul always listened to his concerns and addressed them in a timely manner. We are so thankful to everyone at Contact Renovations for getting us back into the home we love.
Contact Renovations designed and built our updated deck and built a new covered pergola and two privacy walls. The reno involved replacing the old wood deck with new composite, and since we had to demolish a shed that was attached to the house, it also involved some repairs to the hardy board siding and stucco. Working with Paul and his team was a real pleasure - the build was managed well and the “site” (our backyard) was kept nice and tidy during the construction. Best part - the end result is gorgeous and exactly what we wanted. This is the second time we’ve worked with Contact - they renovated the whole of our interior in 2018. We’d choose Contact again if any more renos appear in our future. Highly recommend working with Paul and his team!
