In 2019 my back passenger window was shattered by a rock. I booked an appointment to take it here for repairs. It took a few days to order the part, but that’s understandable. The day of the appointment I dropped off my car and the moment I got home i received a call saying they ordered the wrong part and would take about another week or so. This was extremely inconvenient for me at the time. Today, just a few minutes ago, as I was pulling out of a parking lot the same window completely shattered of its own accord. Nothing had hit the window. This was terrifying as my sister was sitting right beside that window at the time as well. Fortunately she was not injured.

Stopped by Friday afternoon to see if they could cut a small piece of glass for me. Took only 15 minutes. I have a shed window installed in my fence for my Boxers. Thay are very happy now. lol Great staff & service.

Tried Booking vehicle in for a chip repair. Can’t do it in the morning which is fine but call me in the afternoon and maybe. Seems they are not interested in helping me so I guess they only want to sell new Windshields to me but not help any further than that.
