Stayed here for a week for work. They were very accommodating. Had good conversations with some staff. Rooms were awesome. Would stay here again

Marriott always treats us well but the Delta went above, stayed in the Presidential Suite and we always enjoy the central location for downtown food.
Because we did not get to go. •\tWe booked a room at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Edmonton Centre Suites for the Roger Waters concert. When the concert was cancelled (due to COVID) both Delta and Reservations told us "too bad". Use the room for the day you booked. No refund, no credit, just triple the regular room rate due to it being a concert day. Delta pocketed 434 for one night and Hotel Reservations.com pocketed their fee. •\tWe travel a lot so going forward, I will never book through Hotel Reservations.com. I have cut up my Marriott rewards card and plan to never stay at one of their hotels again.
The room was very nice but the bathroom was grimet and we ended up cleaning it, as the housekeeping obviously can't be trusted. Speaking of trusted don't leave any valuables unattended. Housekeeping happily snatches it up and claims it was never found. Will never recommend to anyone, will never stay again.
Very modern hotel. Well lighted. Located in the mall. No microwave in room but has a fridge. Sundries selection is terrible, actually it is a joke; it has what looks like high end chocolate bars, some candy bars , 3 choices of soda, and yogurt and onion flavored potato chips. The gym is really nice for a hotel and I appreciate that they have spin type bikes. I would have given them 4 stars but I don't give that to any hotel that doesn't have a fridge and microwave, additionally the lack of snack selection was disappointing.
I just wanted to say, I LOVED the mattress and pillows at this hotel! Pray tell me where I can purchase one for myself? I stayed here during July of 2018, and still dream about the comfortable mattress!
We stayed here after a house fire. I was very disappointed there was no maid service. Which would have been fine had we been told. Staff knew we were there due to a fire, so it would seem logical we weren't thinking of covid possible cleaning protocol. A heads up would have been nice.
Super kind staff. Giant room. Nice bed. No complaints.
