The front desk staff member that serve as was excellent. She was so friendly. Kind and very helpful. Room # 628 was very clean, great shape and it is a large space. 5 out of 5 , well done Delta (Marriott Hotels) Thanks from: Diane & Rick

Depends on which side of the hotel room you got. The hotel itself is nice though we got a room that faces the railway and I couldn't really sleep until 4 or 5am that stay....

Hosted a couple of VIP guests at this hotel in May and the check in was fast and very professional. The hotel was clean and the guest on the top most floor enjoyed the ambience and the quiet areas. The rooms were clean and the bedding were also fresh and clean. The staffs were very helpful and prompt anything we requested for one thing or the other.

The hotel is great. The room has been updated and modern. The bed is sooo comfortable. Staff were were friendly and helpful. It can be a bit loud from the freeway car noise. Be aware that because of covid there is no room service or hotels. You have to order out and meet delivery person in lobby.

I just spent 4 nights at this hotel and it was a very disappointing stay. The air vents are extremely loud, the ice machine on my floor was broken and the water pressure on the bathroom tap was strong (I got sprayed every time I washed my hands). It was cold in my room so every time I turned up the heat, I’d have to listen to the mechanical noises of the vents the entire time. I would turn down the heat before bedtime cause the noise was keeping me up. This hotel isn’t worth it. Stay elsewhere.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The good? The price was cheap (thanks Hotwire) the front desk staff was great and friendly. TV has a Netflix option which is nice because there are not many channel choices. Now for The “meh”- due to covid no ice buckets or coffee makers in room. You can get coffee in the lobby from the front desk staff. There’s also no microwave but that has nothing to do with covid. The rooms are fairly small. Bathroom kinda cramped. Old bath tub- you know the real shallow kind?. (I stay in Hotels a lot- it’s common now for hotels to just have a shower so I suppose I should be glad there is a tub at all) beds are kind of hard. No hotel amenities. But I guess covid is to blame For that one too. An on-site bar or restaurant would be nice though. I mean all in all it was OK because of the price I paid. With so many options in the area I don’t think I would stay here again. Nothing made it stand out.

Can't say enough about the staff, super friendly and helpful. The rooms are a tad small but the location is extremely convient. Also they have a pretty big parking garage. Would have been great of the starbucks was fully open but it was nice to have it handy in the lobby.

I have not stayed at the Delta Edmonton South, but I have attended hundreds of morning meetings and events there and they all go off without a hitch thanks to the great team they have built there. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are all delicious. If they run their rooms like they run their events, this is the place to stay on the south side!
