Tamara is one person whom I highly recommend for event decorations. From my first contact with Tamara, she has been a delight to work with. She has explained the process, options and pricing in a straightforward and easy to follow manner. Tamara provided the balloon decorations for my wife’s recent birthday celebration. Given the changing COVID restrictions, I appreciate that Tamara was able to withstand multiple changes to the plan and adapt to meet the needs of the event. I also appreciate that I was able to send Tamara pictures of some of my wife’s favorite artwork and throw-pillows to match colours for the decoration. The balloons are amazing quality. I don’t know how she did it, but some of the balloons are doubled walled providing leak-resistance – Something I have never seen before or even heard of. Thank you, Tamara, for providing a premium quality and service. Working with you was easy and a real delight.

Deluxe did a gorgeous birthday bouquet. They were very flexible and responsive and delivered exactly on time, even when I changed the delivery time last minute. I’ve also attended a Corporate Christmas Party they did balloons for and they were awesome!

I contacted Tamara about designing and executing a surprise for my daughter’s birthday. Not only did she create a balloon garland that far surpassed my expectations but she was more than accommodating with orchestrating the surprise delivery. She was punctual and efficient with ensuring the “surprise team” could easy install the garland. My daughter was absolutely thrilled! And the garland is still looking lovely a week later.
