I purchased 3 custom made couches after consulting with George about the style and fabric and was very happy when they arrived at my door. Within 2 weeks the cushion fabric was twisting and after showing George at Designer Library the cushions,he denied that it was the sewing of the cushions but the fabric itself. Something he never mentioned when he was helping me choose the fabric! After looking at these expensive awful custom couches, I took the cushions in for 2 different opinions both stated it was the sewing of the cushions that had done this. My designer went back and they have refused to fix the problem, so I am ordering all new fabric and having them re-sew cushions at my own expense of over 4000.00. BEWARE- he promises a lot and delivers little!
