I heard good things about this place. My new drill had a defect and it was still under warranty so I decided to bring it in to get it repaired. They told me it would take about a week to get it repaired free and it did took only a week. I was very happy with the service they provided me. They were friendly too! Thanks again!
I took a tool to be repaired and explained that I would need it repaired within a certain time or I would be gone to work up north and not be able to get it until I return. The lady at the counter told me that was fine. Mike called me twice on the phone after missing that time frame and in a theatening manner explained the penalties if I did not pick it up. Such as he would sell it if they wanted to for the repair price. I decided to not go back into that store becuase that treatment is unacceptable. I purchased a new tool and will take it someplace else if I need a repair. Thanks for the nice treatment Mike.
Can't say 5 stars here. I have brought equipment there in the past for repairs, so we are on file. We have dewalt tools in the shop too. They could not repair an old B&D sander, understandable due to age and no parts anymore. I also brought 2 dewalt batteries back for recycling, hoping to get a good discounted price on new ones, being a return customer, but thought the price I was given a bit too high. I don't mind paying a cost, but 180.00? As a comparison, Milwaukee switched out my battery on a different drill kit for free. Just a learning curve for me on where I may go next time. The service is amazing, I order some racking and I was called when it came in. I paid when I got there and someone helped me carry them out. Will visit more often
