Super fantastic service!! We brought two of our trucks there for some not so typical work. Mark Seguin and the rest of the crew were knowledgeable and easy to deal with.They understood the importance of the downtime of our service trucks. Work was completed quickly and efficiently. Their shop was very clean and equipment was top notch. I highly recommend their services.

Overall I'm very pleased with Distinctive Auto Works. I brought my 2015 Volvo S60 to them after I was rear-ended. Both of the Marks were very professional, friendly and courteous to deal with, as were the rest of the staff. While the repair did take a fair amount longer than they had initially estimated (initially was supposed to be 2 weeks, ended up being over 2 months), it was due to circumstances beyond their control, such as waiting for parts, coming up with a solution for a gasket that couldn't be replaced, or waiting for the shims to check the frame, and thus I don't fault them at all for the delay. They were quite good at keeping me informed of where my car was at in the repair process, as well as keeping me informed about delays and additional work that needed to be done. They also educated me about the additional work and what they were doing, and went to bat on my behalf to ensure that the repair was done correctly, instead of going with the cheaper option that the insurance company would have liked. And the quality of the repair is second to none, you could never tell that my car had been in a collision, it looked new when I picked it up. They even detailed the interior, it smelled like a new car inside! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing body work, especially on a higher end car. Their shop is clean and modern looking, and the staff definitely seem to care about taking care of their customers. Plus they have a cute dog too!
