After complaining about my damage deposit, Candace at Durham county was kind enough to reduce the amount I owed. I thank her for this great customer service and I have increased my rating.
Don't get hurt and land on WCB while you live here! My 3 years of being trouble free and rent payed on time meant nothing because they fake a yearly review to gain access to my place to look for some reason like my house keeping for them to not want a lease renew ? WCB has been my reason of late payment but they could care less . Not my choice to be unable to lift 50lbs but told to move? Thank you now get out is nice of them
I have lived here since 2015 and have had an amazing time, the management and maintenance staff are extremely helpful and are always quick to sort out issues before they become major problems!
