I will try this company again for my business and be more adamant on arrival times but I waited 12 days from the time they asked for my original invoice for an update after I emailed and was told my information was submitted to the broker. I called today to get an update since waiting patiently for a tracking update, call or email. The lady at DYK Post Edmonton told me the package was there for me but wouldn't tell me why I didn't receive any update when it arrived or how much it costs to pick up. I had to ask several times to get the price. Seems very unprofessional. How long has my item been there? You think they'd want the space not storing orders. Service was not quick, no tracking or cost updates. I will update my review on my next try. UPDATE Jan 7/2020 My second order here is in limbo currently. Too bad they don't tell you the timeline up front. Is saving an unknown amount of money worth the 10 business days for Montana Mailbox to even put a ticket number on your package plus another 12 business days after you confirm DYK Post to clear the border? Not for me. There is no tracking information on the package once DYK Post gets it from Montana. I will continue to pay UPS/DHL/FEDEX/Canada Post to clear my packages within the proper delivery window.

A warranty claim item was shipped to me via USPS. The tracking number showed and error in my address. When I tried to call the edmonton south location to inquire how to fix the error and obtain my package the representative was rude unwilling to help and hung up.
