I was very satisfied with my laser treatment. I felt so comfortable with zainab. She explained the treatment and made sure I was OK with my laser settings. Her spa is very clean and sanitary. She welcomes you with hand sanitizer and masks at the front desk and wears a mask the entire time as well. I noticed results after my first treatment where I didn’t notice any with my previous laser company after my third treatment. I recommended two of my closest friends and family and they love ELITE as well.

Not a good experience. Zainab was unfriendly and wasnt even wearing a mask for most of the time I was there. I rebooked but then cancelled and told her I wasnt happy with her covid procedures. She texted me that she takes it very seriously and asked me what I was concerned about. I told her my concerns and she didn't respond. I texted her later saying it's very unprofessional to ask for feedback then not respond. She responded very rudely and said the conversation was over. Stay clear from this place.
