The owner and staff at Ellerslie Pet Hospital went above and beyond for me when I unfortunately had to euthanize my beloved dog. They were so accommodating and extremely compassionate. This is so important during such a heartbreaking time in your life. Shows how much they understand the love of a pet. I have always purchased my dog food here and the staff have always been so friendly. I would recommend them highly !!!!! Dr. Cheng was so compassionate and kind to me. Thank you all so much for the beautiful paw print and card.

Called these lovely people in a panic after my mischievous Husky ingested most of container of Vitamin C supplements. She had vomited up most it hours before I got home from work and was rushing her over to get checked out. The receptionist quickly asked a Veterinarian and before I even made it there they called me back and told me she would be okay assuming she had vomited and was acting normally. They said it wouldn't be worth the vet bill as they would only induce more vomiting. How great is that! Thanks for being awesome!
So much better than my old spot. They are so nice to the pets and have their own pet supply store within the hospital. They even mailed a handwritten card to see if my card was doing better!

Really caring and compassionate at a hard time with a pet passing. As they called back and talked with us and made things easier with their support and compassion. I would recommend them as a Excellent place to take your pet as they will be well looked after.
