5 stars only for the manager Stephanie who showed us around. She was amazing ! Although we didn't like the units here, our experience with dealing with such a customer centric individual was brilliant . Stephanie doesn't work here but was filling in for someone , yet , she did her job to the best and exceeded all expectations . Boardwalk should have more such people managing their properties .

I would like to add a comment after seeing so many bad ones, I lived here for my first apartment after moving out of home, about 2 years ago now. Lot's of other apartments tried to take advantage of my novice level knowledge in searching for the right place, these guys respected me as a potential client, from start to finish. The application process was easy, the deposit was extremely low compared to anywhere else. The person i was dealing with in the office was very friendly. We stayed our whole lease, any issues we had, maintenance was there promptly. Hallways and laundry room were always kept clean. Sometimes the main door would lock, but there are always 2 doors to a building and that was addressed promptly as well. And to top it off, we got every cent of our deposit back when realistically, they could have taken it to cover painting for the next tenants. Amazing place in my opinion. The renovated suite was very nice to live in. I'm even debating going back to live there again after this lease is up.
