Thank you Fix Auto North for making my ol' girl look sparkly and new after a hit and run. Very happy with the repairs. In and out in 4 days. Cleaned my car inside and out, wasn't expecting that! Thank you to the poor staff member that had to vacuum all the dog hair. Great customer service!

Awesome blending job there FIX AUTO. And I need an answer as to why you decided to go ahead and paint the rock chips and paint chip on my door WHITE which had nothing to do with the vandalism?????? Good thing I got an estimate for those out of pocket repairs at another shop before I dropped my truck off. My insurance suggested I get my vandalism repairs done here. What a regret!!!
Good service is few and far between nowadays so I feel compelled to write this review. Fix auto showed me complete respect. Met all deadlines. Made sure there were no surprises and kept me looked after until my truck was ready. On top of the great job done, they also cleaned my truck inside and out. Amazing service. My car was vandalized and 2 days later I drove away like nothing ever happened!! Morgan and the staff skillfully and swiftly took extra TLC in getting me back on the road without delay! From picking up the car from the scene of the crime promptly, to storing the car safely in their compound ( whew!!) to assessing and ordering the parts from an out-of-province retailer(best option), to removing any traces of the violation (there was soooo much glass!), to applying their talent and time to my vehicle( She looks new!) to finally sending me on my way 10 minutes shy of closing before a weekend when it could have taken at least a week!! I AM INDEED A MOST SATISFIED CUSTOMER!! Thank you EVERYONE for your kindness, skills, speed and compassion!
