Just purchased a 2020 F-150 (March 2021) from Freedom Ford (Thomas Harvey was our salesman...great fellow to deal with). First time I ever purchased a FORD! Impressed with overall quality and what you get for the price compared to other brands on the market. Decided to purchase a Ford instead of Chev/GM or Dodge based on lots of reading on the quality rankings of the F-150 models over the last years and the standard builds in these model over the last few years. Thomas Harvey is a great salesperson to deal with. Very respectful of the decisions that go into purchasing a vehicle. I got a very fair price on the vehicle compared to other dealers and truck brands, and overall, very satisfied with the experience in dealing with Freedom Ford (and the vehicle itself).

This was our first time dealing with Freedom Ford and as you can see, 5 stars. I have dealt with some other Ford dealers in town over the years with sub par experiences so this dealership was a breath of fresh air. We went looking for a diesel F-350 and ended up dealing with Andre, he is fairly new to the sales scene but did an amazing job! Didn't lay on the high pressure tactics and tricks, didn't use all the old tired lines we've all heard a million times either. Great guy and easy to get along with. Long story short, we found the truck we wanted for just about the price we wanted (I offered 0 and was hoping they'd meet me in the middle, no such luck but worth a shot). Process was fairly quick and really easy, my hours are terrible and don't align with theirs but the team there stayed late 2 nights in a row without making a fuss which was nice. When we picked the truck up a couple days later there was a little bit of an issue with some of the accessories that we included in the purchase not being what I had expected. Kent (one of the sales managers) reached out to me, figured out what I was after and had the items brought in and ready for me the next day. No issues, just looking to make it right for me even though I wasn't making it easy on them. Pretty sure they took a bit of a hit on the replacements too. This truck should last me a long time but when it's time for it to go, I'll be back at Freedom Ford again. Big shout out to Andre (salesman), Kent (sales manager), and Rod (finance guy). Thanks again guys!

We bought a truck with them recently. I am impressed with their level of service and expertise. The sales team (Tony TL, Martin and Kent ) were very easy to deal with. I always find car buying and car salesmen are intimidating, but not this time at all. They were not pushy, willing to take time to understand my needs. Most importantly, when it was time to negotiate a price. I did not feel intimidated. We were able to communicate with our price point and expectations. Overall,I feel I have a fair transaction. Also, TL even send us a \walk through\ video is our truck after the truck was already sold to us. I thought this was above and beyond his duty. He really didn't have to do that, since it was already sold. The video was a great reminder on what some of the buttons are for as there are SO many buttons!

Purchased my vehicle in January, few weeks later I try to test my sunroof out and it opens but when I tried to close it the whole top wouldn’t even move.. middle of February so it was clearly cold. Call freedom ford and they tell me to bring it in right away. Go the next day to pick my vehicle up and I get in and my whole passenger seat is covered in dirt. They didn’t use covers over my seats while they were climbing on them to get to my sunroof. I write a review and someone contacts me a few hours later. The lady offered me a free detail, interiorexterior but I explained to her that the first day I got my vehicle it wasn’t very clean and it just wasn’t worth it for me to drive out there as it’s a 45 minute drive to get the same exact clean that I had already received. She guaranteed me it would be better than just a regular pickup clean. This was a clean that was 300. Yesterday I bring my vehicle in for some other work that needed to be done so figured I’d book my clean same day. Well these pictures show how I picked my vehicle up today... I really don’t know how they would let a vehicle leave a shop like this after telling someone they were getting a 300 interior and exterior cleaning. Very poor service.
