John and his team fit me in, and they are all such friendly people! They make you feel so welcome and by the time you leave, they are new friends, that goes for Johns dog as well! I highly highly recommend freeway auto body. I was involved in an accident a few weeks back and needed to have my trucks bumper replaced as well as the side of the truck painted and repaired. Not only were they amazing dealing with my insurance company but they had the job done fast and to perfection. Within a couple days I had the truck back and they even went the extra mile cleaning the inside and outside of the vehicle so it looked brand new when I showed up. Thanks again guys!!!
Great service, professional, and would recommend to all my friends. I brought my 2020 Tacoma in with a scratch on my fender and they repaired it to its original look. They even buffed out another mark on my door at no charge. Very happy!
After inquiring other body shops that immediately suggest I write off my car after a deer hit, Freeway Auto Body is very understanding of my situation and was able to restore my car to amazing condition for a very reasonable price. My car is old, but mileage is low, and I was visiting Alberta so really didn't want the hassle of buy/register a new car. Rick, the main contact person, is a godsend. All second-hand parts to keep the cost down. Honest work and excellent customer service. My car looked even better than pre-deer. Now if only I could find such a good body shop in my city...
I had a rear end fender-bender to my new (to me) RAV4. The folks at Freeway were great to deal with. They answered all my questions and helped me deal with the insurance company. The repairs were really well done. Freeway will be my go-to auto-body shop from now on.
They responded very quickly with an estimate for minor damage to my vehicle, unfortunately they were rather far from my home location and ended up having to take it somewhere closer to home but when I was looking around for a quote for damages to police they were the only place that responded within a day, and even had found the specific part needed. Sorry for ending up going elsewhere but thank you for the deify service, if anything bigger ends up happening I know the first place to take it to.
