Discovered that our hot water tank decided that Sunday night was the PERFECT time to up and die. After a quick scramble to get the water cleaned away, we had Friesen's contacted the following morning to facilitate our replacement. Within less than an hour I had a fantastic Service Rep contact me and arrange the details. Their technician Brad was fantastic and arrived promptly and was in the house and at the project right away. Efficient installation and removal of the former device. This was EXACTLY the response we wanted to see when dealing with such a home project. Thanks a bunch! Will highly recommend.
