Our company began using Gateway Mechanical approx 8 years ago. We can’t say enough great things about them. They suggested we have a semi annual service to prevent breakdowns and RUSH emergency calls and it works very well. We typically have the same technician that knows our equipment and personnel and it makes our lives much better because of it. I was approached by another company to switch suppliers and they asked if “we loved Gateway Mechanical”; I laughed at the question and replied “ yes, we do love Gateway”. They are highly trained, work safely, offer high quality HVAC equipment and the regular maintenance saves us money in the long term. If you are looking for a supplier that acts like a partner for your business- these are the people to contact! With Gateway Mechanical, its personal!

I am biting my tongue as I hope that this can get rectified but 1667.00 to replace 3 thermostats!!! Thermostats themselves being sold to me at 3 times as what I can walk into any supply store and buy them for?? I am trying to get through to the Manager, but I am being sent to the person that takes care of invoicing?? This is a managerial problem not some poor person that has may not have any authority. Stay tuned as, if this does not get straightened out, I will post all of the gory details. Got things worked out to a degree. It turns out that part of the price was a late invoice from January with a \completion\ date the day I got my work done - a bit confusing. Received a bit of a labor credit and decent thermostat credit. Ok with the value now, but I am not sure how I had to ask about the mark-up on parts. Clearly, someone there should see that it was excessive. I will consider them again but I will double check on a few things prior to hiring again.

I havent used this service personally, however, one of the employees is constantly parking the company vehicle in front of our house. Always right in front of our walkway. Our guests always have to park farther away!
