Amazing group of people here. They helped me secure the best finance rate and worked with me to find the right car for my budget. A different dealership tried to use every manipulation tactic in the book on me to move inventory, but these guys are different. I'm so happy with my Corolla and will never go to another dealership again!

Had my 4Runner in yesterday for an oil change and brake service. We've had brake issues for a long time and previous dealers were unable to diagnose it. Gateway immediately found the problem and were able to fix it the same day within a few hours. They were great to deal with. Troy our service Rep was excellent in getting the mechanics to get the job done on time and for a very reasonable price. Troy was great at communicating the progress and knew I was on a tight schedule and he got it done on time. I am very satisfied with Gateway and I would recommend them to anyone needing any service work on their vehicle.
I have never had this much dissatisfaction with this dealership. My family all purchased vehicles and had servicing done from this dealership within the last 2 decades and it was fine. Within half a year of owning this brand new car, I am going to need to visit the service department for the 4th time. I need to drive to work and I don’t have the luxury to keep bringing the car in to get things fixed due to negligence in how service department people take care of customer’s property. It feels to me I am purchasing a car to have it wrecked by someone else. I am honestly upset by how I brought the car in perfect mint condition, and I receive it back in a lesser condition. The backseat headrest is fixed as of Friday, but as I was putting my stuff back inside my vehicle, I find this piece popping out on the left side (looks different from the right side), and looking into that white area, it looks like it snapped/damaged.
