This place is a scam as far as I’m concerned. I booked a course for March 16th that Didn’t happen for some reason (I wasn’t able to log into the class they booked me into) so they moved me to a later class on the same day and the instructor didn’t even show up for it( spent an hour with one of their customer service people trying to find the instructor who would respond in emails but wouldn’t open the class to me and 3 other people that had booked it). Clearly I was frustrated and asked for a refund. It has been over a month and I’ve spoken to 4 different people in the last 2 weeks. All of which say the refund is approved and they don’t know why it hasn’t been issued back to my credit card. In my experience refunds have typically taken 3 to 5 days at most to show up on my credit card. This place is nothing but a scam hoping that people will forget when they make a mistake and just keep giving me the run around. I wouldn’t attempt to take a course here even if it were offered for free.

The Microservices architecture course I took was extremely informative about the tech, the patterns and practices and was also hands on. Would definitely consider talking another course from Global Knowledge.
