I've purchased and taken my Honda Accords at Go Honda for years. They are a great business. Their service department is excellent. Each time I have gone, they treat me respectfully and make sure the work they do is done right. I also feel that I am getting a reasonable price for the servicing done. I do not feel like they are upselling me on unneeded repairs or service. Each time you visit, they do follow up phone calls to see how things went, as well as send you a survey after every visit. I have been with the business since 2004, and will continue to buy vehicles from Go Honda and get my servicing done there.

Buy Honda Odessy van for family Michael sales Consultant & Jiby Assistant manager Was awesome team to finish a deal I was very impressed with the Go Honda team with the purchase of our new Odessy. I felt like it was almost like a family run business. Very rare to find these days. Michels in sales was amazing and kadijah in finance was outstanding. Jiby to management for building this team to serve all that walk in the door, and receive some of the best service I have had anywhere. And a shout out to parts and service. Avoid!! I went in today to purchase a car, I did all my research found one close to us at Go Honda in Edmonton. I wanted to pay cash as the car was under 12,000, I was told they would only sell me the car if I took finance. I have worked hard and saved my money, a bank draft or cash is legal Canadian tender and should be accepted. The sales person said it costs the dealer to get it inspected and ready for the lot. He basically said they make more from the finance deal and his manager has told them to only sell used cars on finance. Encouraging people to get into debt and pay high interest rates is highly unethical. The better business bureau will be contacted. My legal tender shouldn’t be discriminated against. I will pursue this further, as Canadians we deserve better and should not be subjected to shady unethical business practices.
