JP sold me the car and met my expectations. I had a very smooth transaction with him. Simple and easy. He is very kind and assisted me nicely throughout the whole time. He was able to clarify all my concerns and gave me a good deal. I told him my budget for the car, is tight but he made everything possible for me at a fair price. From the very start we met, he explained everything I needed to know and was approachable. I do appreciate his patience and the way he helped throughout the transaction. After working 50 years, our mom finally decided that she should treat herself to her first brand new vehicle. She is a researcher and always takes her time to make decisions, to ensure she makes the right and perfect choice. After having recently lost her husband, this process was both exciting and emotional at the same time. Matthew Milbury, salesperson, was unbelievably patient, kind and knowledgeable... making our mom feel comfortable from day one. After four or five test drives it was the 2021 Nissan Rogue that captured her heart. Matt took his time to review the car with mom and showed her all the cool new features and technology that would help keep her and her family safe on the road. A visiting puppy even occupied her grandaughter while she signed her new car paperwork. We highly recommend Matt as he was very professional and treated our mom with the utmost respect.
