Stephen is the 5 star part of living here. He's great with tenants and truly cares. Everything is new and nice. I got a follow up call from the head office to see how I enjoyed it here. Maintenance is timely and effective. Only downside is that the heating system is registers so make sure to pull furniture 6inches away from the wall for heat, and there's no ac in units (only in halls). Window ac not allowed. Bring a good stand up one. It gets hot. Also, expect to hear everything happening in the hall from your suit, however you wont hear ANYTHING through the walls which is nice.

Property manager did not honour incentive to sign for a 12 month lease. Also, graffiti like this is constantly in the stairwells. This graffiti in the picture has been there for months! How has no one come and cleaned that up yet it makes this place look like a dump.

Nice building with excellent neighbours. The building manager Stephen is absolutely WONDERFUL to talk to and to work with, always helping and working with us on issues. Very satisfied.
living here for almost 4 years now ,its good place to live with all the amenities in walking distance, it is true there was constant changes in the office manager the last manager call (Ola )was so rude however current office staffs they are super nice and easy to deal with .if you are looking for effort able and comfortable place i recommend grandin tower.
