The staff at Groat Auto are extremely kind, knowlegeble and ever so helpful! The mechanics perform excellent work and prices are very reasonable. The staff at Groat were instrumental in navigating us through a problematic purchase of a used car. It needed substantial work, even though it passed two inspection reports. They saved us thousands of dollars in repair costs. They took the time to take pictures to help explain everything that needed to be repaired/replaced and due to their wise advice, all at the dealership's cost. Mark, Don and the staff are great people. Honest and reliable, they always let you know up front what’s going on and help prioritize what needs to done.
