I requested a copy of an ROE as per Canada revenues request. I'd given all information required to the receptionist as to why I needed it but she was quite hostile and rude. I know what I'm asking for but she began to tell me that I didn't know and I was wrong. We went back and forth just to get her to send me the form. After the phone call after I got the form she sent me an email without any introduction at all telling me that I was wrong and here is the difference between cra and service Canada. I found it passive aggressive and unprofessional to even send me that without any intro or explanation at all. You don't send clients an email like that.
