This is in no way directed at the management or staff, but rather the women that were in the gym with major lack of respect for others. There were multiple women using the same dry wipe for everything they touched. It's a blessing that the gyms are open again, and it would be great if the ladies using the gym would be more considerate and practice cleanliness... It was gross. Management should maybe not permit access until people have been given a run down of how to properly clean equipment and wear masks considering we are in a pandemic.

I have been attending for the last 8 months. I attend on my own but also take part in a group fitness class on Thursday’s with Chelsea. I love the group class, Chelsea puts so much thought into each weeks class to work all different mussel groups. She pushes you to challenge yourself and do your personal best. Chelsea gets super creative by incorporating games into our classes for special occasions. Those have been great! Overall I really appreciate that Chelsea is available for questions if needed. Overall it’s been an amazing experience as before I was not attending a gym and was hesitant to get started but I am happy I joined and adding a group class has made working out that much better.

I have been coming to this gym since September and overall it's been amazing! The staff are very easygoing and caring, and willing to support you whenever required. I started training with Mimi in November and it has been such a pleasant experience! She is an amazing trainer. Each training session is unique and different, and can be modified to fit your needs. Mimi is always a text away and is always there for you! She knows exactly how to push you but is also respectful of your boundaries. I love training with her and I am so glad she is a part of my health journey!

Sam was wonderful, Kim was great when signing me up and showing me around the facility. Clean and sanitized, beautiful locker rooms, social distance practice has become the new norm and Her GYMVMT follows through with all the new protocols to keep staff and patrons safe.

Really friendly staff and clean equipment. They have disinfecting wipes placed around the gym to easily grab and wipe everything down.

I was trying to solve my payment problem by emailing and calling Kim. Because I had two surgeries I wasn’t able to physically go there and see her. I’m calling to each location to talk to Kim but she didn’t value my time and problem just because I decided to cancel my membership. I’m very disappointed with their service because every single receptionist provided me with different information.I called each day and was expecting their call back to discuss the issue, but I never got a call back from her.

I have been a spa lady member for over 5 years and sought personal training to prepare for a police fitness test. I was matched with Mimi based on my personal training needs and have been training with her for over a year now and I couldn’t be happier! I was very new to weight lifting when I first started training with Mimi. She made me feel very safe and comfortable and taught me the basic skills I needed before eventually moving on to more challenging workouts. Mimi is incredibly caring, patient, compassionate, enthusiastic and beyond knowledgeable. She not only helped me prepare for my fitness test, but also taught be about proper nutrition and how to live a healthier more balanced lifestyle. She is very encouraging and constantly pushes me to my fullest potential. My strength has increased significantly and I feel more confident in both the gym and life. I passed my fitness test with ease and am continuing to see Mimi because I love working out with her. She consistently changes workouts based on my needs and tries new innovative exercises so it’s never boring and always effective. Mimi is an amazing trainer and person, I would highly recommend personal training with her!

First, I would like to note that the facility is very nice and so are most of the staff. HOWEVER. Over a year ago now I had to move back to BC from Edmonton after getting hit by a train for physical and mental health support. I left on very short notice since I wasn't really planning on the whole train occurence. So, once in BC, I tried to cancel my contract. I had tried before back in Alberta however I was unable to pay the cancellation fee as I needed what I had to feed my dog. Once I was back in BC, I tried to cancel again. I got incredibly rude "customer service" from the manager. It was also very unhelpful. I called the head office. Quite confusing but I really needed it cancelled (I had more money than before but only because I am on disability here, so not much more). They outlined a very confusing process. The gm was very rude about it and treated me like a child. Later, I tried to get some clarification on the whole cancellation process. That person informed me that I would have to sign the cancellation paperwork IN PERSON. Obviously, not possible. They for some reason have to record of this conversation nor do they have any record on my next interaction (which was with the GM again). I called her. We spoke. She bullied, belittled me, and was so condescending that I ended up crying once getting off of the phone. Because of my anxiety (and now fear), I could no longer bring myself to call them. The train incident happened in June of 2019. Now, in mid July 2020, I am STILL being charged my bi-weekly payments. They want me to call the head office. They then want me to send in emailed confirmation of my desire to cancel my membership along with the 99 cancellation fee. I am NOT impressed. And I NEVER leave reviews, but this is definitely an exception.
