This place is fantastic their team cares about people when they are in tough position, it’s stressful when your vehicle is damaged but Tom and His team helped so much in easing my concerns for my vehicle , I especially like how they work so well with insurance agencies. They were friendly and so very helpful. If anyone unfortunately is In a collision and needs their car repaired please go to these guys they do phenomenal work. Tom and the rest of your team please keep up the good work you guys are the absolute best

This was my first time taking my car to an autobody repair shop & I've got to say they did a fantastic job. An elderly lady was riding her electric scooter out of her underground stall (she's parked next to me & when she did, it scraped (deeply) along the passenger side). I would HIGHLY recommend Herbers to my family & friends!!
Service at Herbers was Awesome and the car is very clean inside and out. Staff members friendly and efficient including shuttle rides. No complaints about their workmanship and lock issue was fixed. Would recommend to others.
These guys have always been a stellar company to deal with. I’ve used these guys for all of my vehicles body & trim repairs. I’ve taken my Nissan 370z here twice and my Porsche Cayenne twice, also. Great job by Herbers Autobody Parsons Branch. Good customer service. The interior and exterior of the vehicle was cleaned very well when I received it. Lifetime Warranty on the parts installed. Highly recommended.
