Absolutely amazing customer service. I love my custom couches and they are reasonably priced too. Great fabric selection and designs. Super nice that they came with pillows that you also choose your own fabric. Quality is outstanding. Setup was provided and quick. I wouldn't look anywhere else and I would shop here again in a heart beat.

We recently purchased a bedroom set and dining room set from Steve at Home Envy. We were so happy with these purchases that we returned for kitchen stools, bar stools, a coffee table, end table, sofa table, bench and coat rack! It is beautiful, customized, solid furniture! Also proud that it was all made in Canada! We were very satisfied with our customer service. Steve and all of the rest of the staff at Windermere Home Envy were great to work with! Would definitely recommend!
Most helpful and accommodating. All staff have helped me make the best choices for my home. Also, when something is not right they will do their best to make it right in a timely manner. After sales service is top notch.
I recently ordered a chair, ottoman and two side tables from Home Envy in Windemere. Matthew was fantastic! I found a chair that I liked but wanted a different fabric. He showed me online what the chair would look like in the fabric I wanted. I also wanted a large round ottoman. They didn't have one in store but again and he showed me what that would look like in the fabric of my choosing as well. Everything came in sooner than expected - which was wonderful. I was extremely happy with my purchases and will definitely return in the fall when I am looking to replace my current dining room furnishings.
I ordered a table and chairs from Home Envy a couple months ago and it looks great! The sales person was very helpful and friendly and let me take samples home to see which colour was better. I had the furniture delivered and went super smooth, those guys were great. I can't wait until our basement is done so we can come back

Asked owner if he would, besides match pricing, give a better deal! No budging and when told him we did his homework for him, response was oh well. Like to support local but not from someone with his I’m better than you attitude!
