Great Service. I found Cesar from Ideal Integration to be prompt, honest, professional, courteous, diligent and knowledgeable in performing his work. He took over our job after an extremely bad experience with another local contractor who didn't have much experience and was cutting too many corners. He continues to maintain our systems to the highest standards and he is a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

The customer service level of this company is beyond amazing , everything that i have asked of them they have exceeded my expectations, the work they do is nothing short of amazing. I was blown away with how quickly they were able to do my entire network upgrade in my home , and make it look so good. I wish I was able to deal with this level of professionalism and honesty with every company I deal with. I'am incredibly happy with the work they have done for me. From start to finish Cesar and Perry are nothing but excellent to deal with.

I used to deal with IHS in Sherwood park and got really tired of them, so decide to switch to Ideal Integration. I talked to Perry and Cesar couple times they are coming to my place for the first visit next week. Without meeting you can tell they are very friendly, Prompt in the reply and very professional. You can tell this guys care for their customers and treat you as a very valuable customer. I am already impress with them. I highly recommend them for your Control4 needs. Stay away from others!
