They are over priced for the south location (Watt Blvd). Service is not great, when something breaks they will not replace with new item but just bring you another used replacement from one their other suits. They are charging like they are running a luxurious furnished apartment but then furnish with the cheapest worst products they can find.

I would highly recommend Imperial Suites. The staff are courteous and helpful and the suite itself was perfect for my needs. I especially loved having the cleaning staff in once per week. Fantastic experience!
I sayed here for a two week period on buissnes. The room had an issue with the laundry dryer and I called the company. The next day they had someone out to fix it. Very professional and I really liked the suite I sayed at. Great location and very well kept. I would highly recommend using this company and I know when I will be returning I will be using them again and again.
Watch out for these guys the apartments are ok, the service is poor, and when you leave they want to charge for things that were broken before you arrive, I don't recommend to stay with them, however if you do, take pictures and video of all the place before you move in.
