Fantastic energy. Charlene is positive, charismatic, patient, friendly, fresh and calm. Every class is fun and different. You will never get bored. Playlists are on point. I've been a regular member of the online community since the pandemic started. The zoom live classes are excellent. It is nice to be part of a community that takes time to practise yoga together, especially during such difficult times. I highly recommend the online classes. When the dust settles, check out the studio!

My favorite studio for several reasons. The class types are very diverse, with classic yoga styles and new dance/yoga/strength workout inspired sessions. The teachers are all full of life and love, and help you through the poses or actions so that they can be done by anyone. I've never felt more comfortable or at home in a studio as I do at Innerverse Connect (inside United by Wellness). I always walk away with smile in my heart. Thanks to you all (especially Queen C) for helping me to grow spiritually, physically and mentally.
Charlene is such an awesome, creative and fun teacher. She is incredibly charismatic and brings great energy to the studio/online. Great mix of strength and flow, beautiful transitions and fun music. An absolute blessing during this COVID time.
Love this studio! Charlene and the other teachers are fantastic...relatable, down-to-earth, and every class is different. The space is really nice as well, though a bit hard to find at first, tucked away in the back corner of the United By Wellness gym.
Loved the candle light yin class on sunday! Wonderful place with wonderful humans! Highly recommend!
The classes are interesting and fun. Innerverse Connect fuses yoga & dance, taking away the typical pretentiousness of yoga and allowing everyone from beginners to experienced yogis to feel comfortable. I also took a Twerkshop lesson and learned so much... who would have thought even I can twerk?! The new location (inside United By Wellness) is gorgeous and welcoming. The gym offers all of the typical gym equipment so you can have a workout at your own pace.
Went to her drop in yogi twerk class in Jan2019 and it was AMAZING! She’s an excellent teacher- has great dance skills, is funny and lively. Also her playlist is awesome- it was a great workout! She made everyone feel included. And it was such an array of attendees- women of all ages, shapes and skill levels. She ends off the class with some breath work which was a nice close. Teaching is obviously her calling! Can’t wait to go back to her next drop in!
