I fractured my left ankle and sprained right ankle. Started physio when i could and saw Daksh Paramasivam at the Belvedere location. Daksh help me get movement and strength back in both ankles. He chose the perfect exercises for me and helped me tremendously. All the staff are very friendly and the hours of operation are also convenient to everybody.

I had a very extensive shoulder surgery, after six weeks I started physio with Daksh Paramasivam who helped me so much. It has not even been a year since the surgery and it is almost like I never had the surgery. I can't thank Daksh enough for all he did to help me.

I started attending the Belvedere location after an accident in March 2020 and after the first few weeks due to the COVID -19 pandemic I was unable to continue physically entering the office. The staff have been able to move my appointments to online visits without a disruption in my treatment. I appreciate the 1-1 treatment Daksh has been able to deliver still using zoom meeting. If this option had not been provided to me there would have been a significant delay in my recovery. Thank you for your flexibility and focus on client care.

I have seen Emily since my first pregnancy. She is really great. My husband started seeing her from last week. Unfortunately he missed his second appointment yesterday since my daughter had a fever the night before and I threw up from my pregnancy. When we realized, I called and apologized. I understand it's our responsibility. So I just wanted to make sure they have the correct email address because we never received any reminder. However, the receptionist just kept saying Don't Rely On The Reminder...over and over again. As a mum, a wife, an employee, I prefer a reminder, to improve the punctuality and make sure we won't forget any appointment in the future. Finally, the receptionist verified my email address and they had a wrong email. I understand you are busy at work with patients lining up there. You can always call back and verify our email address. But please show your respect. Also, my husband never received any reminder but he updated email address to the front desk last week. BTW, I did receive 2 texts to remind me for the feedback. This reminder works though. I just don't understand how come I can't reply on the reminder for our future appointments?
