Booked in our car to be repaired last year and am now writing a review based on our experiences. Had our car for over a month when they told us it would be a week. Paid a deposit two weeks prior to sending our vehicle in so they could order parts and have them there to complete the repair. Supposed to be doing some paint repair and a passenger side rocker arm. Weeks go by and no word, get the run around on the phone. Finally find out they are waiting for parts because they never got ordered in the first place and now want to “bang out and paint” the rocker arm instead of replacing like initially quoted. Few more weeks pass and we finally get our car back and they added a bunch of extra charges not agreed to. To top it all off, the back door they removed was not installed correctly and we had to bring it back for adjustments. They adjusted it and still not proper, sprayed white lithium grease all over the hinge and side of door and interior and now... the door lock stopped working. Stay away from these guys, far better choices out there. I figured they were good at what they did as a lot of our fleet gets repairs here. We will see about that in the future.

I had just bought a new Escalade, black. I didn’t even have it 24 hours and someone rammed it with a shopping cart in a parking lot. I was extremely upset. However I brought it to Jaehn’s on my way to work one day and Brian and his staff said they would fix it no problem. Their rate was very reasonable and Brian went above and beyond to make it look like new again. I’ve included the before and after photos. I can’t say enough good things about Jaehn’s.
They did a very good repair to my vehicle. Looks great and the price was reasonable. Staff were professional and friendly
I would not recommend this business as they do not practice, fair practice. They subletted a mechanical repair, which they were unable to repair, to our facility which we successfully repaired. We have not ever received payment for these repairs and they have not returned a response to my repeated phone and e:mail messages.
Very poor communication. Paid 1800 depost for the parts 3 weeks ago. Promised that they will be here in 8 days. No phone or followup, Went back to the shop they did not know either. Promised to call me back no call back. Called again they do not know when the parts will arrive and cannot give me a date. Had I have known that then we would have looked at other alternatives
