Megan was amazing. Wonderful customer service. Went above and beyond to help me get coverage. I gave 4 stars because we have been long term clients with this insurnace and moved. They would not insure us because the risk was too high because we had a boiler and the house was built in 1978. Just doesn't seem right to me but what can you do. Someone will insure us and take our money!

Ive been at the same insurance company for 17 years without a claim, then unifund also known as Johnson insurance takes over and my quote for upcoming year goes up 300 dollars, not impressed, plus what up with the 24 pages of stipulations, lve never seen nothing like it before, with wawanesa insurance I've never seen this, I'm shopping around for a better insurance, I'll keep you posted when I find a better quote and I'll tell everybody I know, so I shopped around and believe it or not I saved 600 dollars by going elsewhere, so long unifund crooks

Today I had the pleasure of talking to Gloria, one of the Customer Service Representatives on the phone for Johnson Insurance. Let me tell you, she was an absolute pleasure to talk to, very friendly and helpful, and was just a big, big help to someone like me who's getting primary auto insurance for the first time. Definitely made my day (and the week!). Kudos Gloria, and thanks again!

i have been a client of Johnson Insurance for more years than i can remember. From home insurance that was reasonable (not to mention that got me a TON of Air Miles) to insuring my young adult children on my vehicles while they got some "insurance history" of their own, this company has been fantastic. I have never had bad service, and while i am not claim free over the life of my partnership with them, on the couple of occasions I had a claim (once my home was broken into, and one fender bender accident) everyone who was there for me was empathetic, understanding and kind. The best thing - with all of the HYPE surrounding the "Increasse in AB Insurance rates" that was touted in the media, MY INSURANCE WENT UP BY ONLY 10 PER MONTH. Most recently, I upgraded my vehicle, and Deann Dillon was a delight to speak with on the phone, and i had my new temporary pink cards in a matter of 10 minutes. Thank You so much for always making INSURANCE-ESE more easy to understand!!

Had a woman tell me "not to call ever again!" when I'm already a client of theirs; that's incredibly rude and ridiculous in this line of business. Thankfully another agent (Zachary P.) was great to talk with and gave me a great quote for auto insurance.
