The stock manager is awesome. He has been a great help tracking down Converse shoes. Any time I have been to the store (before covid) the staff was great. Online shopping with Journey is great too.

The selection of shoes is great but I wanted a pair and the shoe that I wanted was damaged. The girl said they can get them for me from other store and that was it. Later on looked at my bill and I was charged to get a shoe that was not damaged? No one told me that I had to pay a fee to get a shoe in? And when I went in to ask them about it when I picked them up I couldn't get that charge back. So I returned them, and still did not get the money back for that fee because they said they couldn't do it. I refuse to shop there now.

Two girls got berated by a manager of another store. The woman called her a r*tard and the poor employee stood there and listened. Unbelievable what retail workers go through. I wish i knew what store the manager was from because the behaviour was gross misconduct. No one deserves to be talked to like that. The manager was mad at a different employee, regardless DISGUSTING behaviour. The girls at this store deserve a day off with pay for dealing with this.

Went to buy some shoes but i'm basically a retard and don't know what i'm looking for and the girl working was very helpful and found something great for me. Looked like she was literally the only one working in the store and somehow managed to help everyone in the store with equal attention. Didn't catch her name but she was short, deep voice, you probably know who i'm talking about. Yall need to get some help for this chick legit
