Excellent service & competence I want to thank Jessie for his excellent service when coming out to measure for the stove for my 97 year old mother-in-law. in Edmonton The reason we had your company come out for a pre-delivery measurement and we live in Calgary. Jesse sent me excellent photos and called me to explain. We had a carpenter come out to do the revisions needed to the countertop on the Saturday of the Easter week-end when we were in town from Calgary. In order to confirm some measurements before the carpenter did his work, he asked me some questions that I could answer. Jessie answered the call immediately on the long week-end Saturday which was very much appreciated. This was impressive and avoided a delay in the carpenter’s work. The carpenter then finished his work and the stove was delivered on Tuesday. We really appreciated this "above the call of duty" service by Jessie.

Jordan and Jason were professional and had my new fridge installed in my main floor after a challenging corner hallway to manoeuvre. They were sent to help me after a previous team was unable to get it upstairs. They were completed in under an hour and were very informative with the setup. I’d highly recommend booking for your appliance install.
Got a dishwasher installed by David. Great service. Neat and meticulous. Fast. Explained the process from beginning to end and pointed out many technical flaws with the previous install by the previous owner that had resulted in issues witnessed over the years. It's pretty concerning considering we had a plumber look at the previous install who gave it passing marks . Very appreciated !
Just done have been to our home three times in the last 8 months, once to install a fridge, once to install a tv and once to remove an old freezer. They are truly the very best. The staff are professional and friendly and are highly competent. I can’t recommend this company enough 10/10.
We purchased a Fisher & Paykel refrigerator locally and the filtration, water, and ice systems are not typical or easy to install. The technician arrived, and even without the instruction manual, carefully placed the pieces into formation as they would be installed and logically mounted the replaceable filtration unit under the kitchen sink so that it could be easily changed. He took before and after photos and was meticulous. Any tools used were placed on a rubber mat and he also was very gentle and precise. I could not be more impressed with this level of service. He was on time, called on his way here and identified himself with a professional badge. I would recommend Just Done to anybody. Truly exceptional client service.
Just Done installed our new dishwasher. When there appeared to be an issue with this installation, I brought this to their attention. They looked into it immediately, agreed there was an issue and proceeded with arrangements to correct the problem. I appreciate that there was none of the hassles you can get from service companies such as "it's not our fault", "we did it right", or just ignore you. All my interactions with Jenifer who works in the office were courteous, professional and understanding. In spite of the inconvenience the first technician caused, both technicians who came out were prompt and courteous and would explain what they were doing if asked. Knowing that Just Done stands behind their work, I would not hesitate in referring or using their services again.
Very impressed with the service I received this week. Issac was very professional and quickly installed my new dishwasher and answered my questions. I will definitely be back for my next appliance purchase and installation.
