As an essential worker i was forced to find a new daycare. kid zone still charged me and refused to give a refund. they stated they paid out wages etc. however i have not received the service i paid for and they told me to pound sand. after 3 years with this day care i am so disappointed in how them and how this is how we have to part ways. i did receive my money back, once i contacted my lawyer threatened legal action and then contacted MasterCard and filed a dispute for services not rendered. its sad that a company knowing full well charged me for a service, never provided it and then fought me to get my money back. they are a rip off. good people work here but shady shady shady business. if you love your children you should avoid this place at all costs.

I chose this daycare 2 years ago bcz it was close to my house. recently we moved but my kids refused to change the daycare. they really enjoy their time there. staff is friendly and lovely. they offer healthy snacks that my kids really likes.
My son would always be left neglected on his own ostracized from the rest of the children. He would be in a high chair by himself with his back turned to all the other children while they played. And this was somehitn I witnessed on more than one occasions when I wen to pick him up.He would always have a diaper rash when either my mother or myself would go to pick him. I think they would leave his diaper unattended to for most of the day, they would change his diaper just before I would come to grab him. But because I didn't pick him up the same day everyday they would always tell either myself or my mother that his diaper needed to be changed. This was not an isolated event it became a pattern with my son's diaper suspiciously needing to be changed just when someone would arrive to pick him up. The director of the daycare seemed quite apathetic and it is not a daycare I would recommend to anyone. Save your money and look for a better daycare that actually cares about your child or children's well being. I would give it a -5 stars if I could.
My daughter goes to day care she is 14 months and just loves the workers there and the kids they are terrific with her thank you you take wonderful care of her
My children is attending kidzone from last four yeas. All the staff is really great and welcoming. My children had lots of fun always and they always enjoyed going to the field trips. Staff supervision is so great.staff is always on children's level. Staff always approach to the parents and visitors.
