The team at Koch Ford was amazing! There was zero pressure at any point of me buying my new explorer (which was not my experience at 3 other dealerships). They got me exactly what I wanted for an amazing price! The service was just extraordinary. The salesmen Lucas was phenomenal! He’s so knowledgeable and fun to hang out with while driving cars around the city. Federico the manager was so great! He was so easy going and really took care of us! Dax in finance was incredible. He really took the time to go over options. Not once did I feel rushed or stressed. I would recommend this dealership in a heartbeat!!

Lucas was friendly and helpful in informing me about the vehicle I was in to look at, he was honest and I did not feel pressured into making a purchase. Dax, the finance manager, made paying a very simple process and was very patient with me. When it came to receiving my vehicle, Jackson and the detailing team made sure my vehicle looked and smelled factory new and got it to me in a timely manner. I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from Koch Ford or at the very least, stopping in to check out what they have in store.
From the first phone call to picking up my new truck it felt like I was dealing with friends. The Koch team has always been helpful and the no pressure atmosphere will bring my back there for all my vehicle needs. Lucas, Phil and Blair are great to deal with!
