I have had one major repair here and one minor. Both times, I have been impressed by their level of customer service and the quality of the finished repair. They just happened to be where my car got towed after my first collision - I'm glad I went back after my second.

By far the BEST body shop I went to and will continue to go to!!! I've been there for keying, T-Bone accident, front bumper backed into and a little bit of rust repair and every time I got it back, it looked better than ever! They even matched the metallic flecks in my paint. They also keep their word! They go over and above to make their customers happy!! Great professionalism, timelines and staff and Len!! Thank you so much for your help!! I'll spread the word on how GREAT this body shop is!!! (You won't have to pay for Advertising. LOL)

Second time dealing with the shop - Both were great experiences! A few years ago my Dodge Ram was rear ended and was sent to the shop and last week a deer ran into the front end of my Ford F550 and I chose to come back. The body shop made all my arrangements, had a thorough walk threw with me and the vehicle to help determine any damages and even brought up and explained some I would never have seen - its amazing how things can twist and rebound off other components. Picking up the vehicles were without a hitch, completed in a short period of time and looked great. I not only would reccomend for insurance claims but if I have any work to be done on a personal note, I will be sure to come back again. Thank you Londonderry Collision!
