From the first day the bakery opened, I was really happy finally to get some buns from there and remember my childhood, because we are having very similar products in back home. I've been at this place with my family, my friends, my colleagues and so on. But because of the rude guy he served me, I stopped to go there. Hopefully they're better now with a customer service. Best of luck!

Came in to use our coffee pass ...wow what a beautiful assortment of baked goods. I wanted to buy them all. We settled on a few things only. Tough choice. So far we had a dill bun of sorts. Was very good. For our beverage we choose a cafe latte and it was delicious. Would definitely go back

We love this bakery! Thursday's are half days of school for my kids, so we make it a day to go outside and then for a treat. My treat is going to Malina Ukrainian Bakery. I love, love, love the dill/garlic buns, cheese/onion buns and cinnamon buns! The cinnamon buns are the BEST! I also tell all my co-workers to come and stop by because they work so close. DELICIOUS!!!

Sign said baked fresh everyday. That is understood as some other bakeries in city actually do is that at the end of everyday all displays cases are empty and in the morning upon opening everything in them has been baked over the evening and morning. This is not the case here the crusts of the items I purchased were soft and chewy when they should be crispy. Additionally VERY put off that upon paying a premium that a tip option is there. VERY DISTASTEFUL. Most important is quality not quantity maybe specialize and do great with fewer items than just okay with many items.

Had a very nice apple strudel and latte here. It's a charming bistro as well as a bakery.

I have been here enough times to try a selection of items, including two types of cake, several savoury buns, and several of the sweets. I’ve also had their pierogies and borscht. Everything here is fantastic. Is easy to get to from anywhere in the city (hop on the Henday) and they have great hours! I have stopped in after work on a weekday and they still had an exceptional assortment of goods to choose from.

Made a special order for a cake for a special occasion. As I was picking up the cake it looked different on top as what I had expected. I paid 15 extra for raspberries on the top. There were only 10? That's 1.50 per raspberry. Maybe it's my fault for not asking how many it entailed but when I asked about it to the cashier she was not willing to help me at all. She said she didn't take the order and didn't make the cake so she didn't know...that's terrible customer service in my opinion. I even asked if there was someone else to talk to and she danced around the question saying she didn't know. My review is for the customer service, not the food, which I'm sure is good. When I pay over 100 for a cake I expect it it to be what i want. These guys don't even have a website which would be useful with pictures so as to avoid confusion. I think ill shop around next time.

Stopped by to use my Coffee Pass. I purchased 6 assorted pastries and was pleasantly surprised. I would visit again in the future.
